Privacy Policy:
All information provided to us in conjunction with your order will be kept in the strictest confidence. We have never and will never provide our list of customers to anyone for any purpose.  We use a secure server (SSL) to encrypt your personal financial information. We use other safeguards to protect the security and confidentiality of the information we have collected, and to prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of your information.

When will I be billed for my order?
We charge your credit card when you place your order.

How do I type my own text on to the invitation?
We ask that you provide your text on your order form, so that our designers can create the layout for your Invitation.  We will check to guarantee that all the needed information is provided.  We will check spelling.  And we will make sure that the text is properly spaced on the Invitation.

When will I receive my proof?
For orders placed on business days before 4:00 p.m. ET, proofs will be up online later that same day.
For orders placed after 4:00 p.m. ET, proofs will be up online the following business day.
If a rush is needed on the proof, please let us know.
When your proof page is ready, you will be notified by e-mail.

What should I do when I receive my proof?
Please review it carefully, checking for spelling, accuracy and layout.
– Make sure that the name of the Guest of Honor is spelled correctly.
– Make sure that the date and time of the event is correct.
– Make sure that the name of the venue is spelled correctly and that the address and zip code is accurate.
– Make sure that you are happy with the layout of the Invitation.
– Make sure that the return address on the envelopes is correct.
– We can not be responsible for any foreign language text.  If you want any language other than English on your Invitations, you must be able to proof read the foreign language text.
– Please reply to our e-mail as soon as you can, and let us know if you approve the proof for printing, or if you require revisions.

When will you ship my order?
In most cases, orders are shipped within three business days of final approval of your proofs.

Which carrier will you use to ship my order?
Depending upon the item and quantity, we will ship either via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
You will be notified by e-mail when your order ships, and we will send your tracking information.

Is rush ordering available?
Yes.  If you’re in a rush, please let us know at the time that you place your order.  We will quote you a price for express shipping.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
We regularly ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Shipping is available to most European countries.
Please contact us directly to find if we ship to your country.

What is your return policy?
– We accept returns on merchandise that has not been personalized, within 7 days after you’ve received your shipment.
– If your custom cards have an error that was made on our behalf, we will correct the error, reprint and ship your cards again at our expense.
– We can not be responsible for the misspelling of names or foreign language text (any language other than English) after you’ve given final approval for your proofs.
