We accept returns of undamaged merchandise sent back in the original packaging within 7 days of purchase. Shipping cost for return is the responsibility of the customer. We will return the total cost minus original shipping costs.

We do not accept the return of customized or personalized products. If IPV makes a mistake in the order we will correct the error.
